RECORDS

At the end of the season, all data sheets and pertinent information for the site should be organized and assembled into a coherent package. Records should be mailed or dropped off no later than December 1st of each season. Copies of all data sheets, maps, photos, permits and/or permissions, and all voucher specimens should be mailed to:

If you have not filled out a site information form or the information has changed since the previous year, fill out the site information form and include it with your mailing.
